Sachsen Fernsehen | Hydrogen as a building block of energy
Report from 04 February 2022 | In conversation with Prof. Huhn - Almost a fortnight ago, the Saxon cabinet adopted the hydrogen strategy for the Free State of Saxony. The aim is to establish a hydrogen economy with Saxon value chains that are as closed as possible. This is because hydrogen is considered an important component of the energy transition. It can temporarily store energy generated from renewable sources and be transported safely. This is exactly what HTWK Leipzig has been demonstrating together with partners from science and industry in the hydrogen village in Bitterfeld-Wolfen since May 2019.
