90 registered participants from 23 countries on 6 continents exchanged views on the topic of construction law at HTWK Leipzig (30 June - 3 July)
Since 2013, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), together with the renowned Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution in Engineering and Construction (LADR), has regularly organised an international workshop on all aspects of construction law. In 2025, the conference took place in Germany for the first time - and celebrated a new milestone with the highest attendance to date.
"We are delighted to have been able to host this important conference," said Prof Klaus Holschemacher, Director of the Institute for Concrete Construction at HTWK Leipzig. "Particularly in view of the technical and social transformations of our time, legal discourse in the construction industry is essential."
