The award ceremony for the Germany Scholarship 2023/2024 took place on 16 November 2023 at HTWK Leipzig.
On 16 November 2023, the Germany Scholarships 2023/2024 were presented at the HTWK Leipzig. At the Faculty of Engineering, 18 scholarship holders were delighted to receive funding for the 2023/2024 academic year. In an accredited selection process, they were chosen for their outstanding achievements in their studies and their social commitment. A total of 69 Deutschlandstipendien were awarded throughout HTWK Leipzig.
All sponsors of the scholarships were also invited to the award ceremony, giving them the opportunity to get to know their scholarship holders a little better.
We would like to congratulate the scholarship holders once again, thank the sponsors and are delighted to be able to further develop the important network with regional companies.
The Deutschlandstipendium scholarship programme at HTWK Leipzig
The funding programme is the largest public-private joint project in the field of education and stands for a scholarship culture supported by the federal government, universities and private sponsors. Together with a continuously growing number of sponsors, HTWK Leipzig has been making an important contribution to the promotion of young talent with the Deutschlandstipendium since 2011. In addition to financial support, the programme initiated by the federal government provides scholarship holders with extensive practical contacts and an intensive exchange with sponsors and students from other disciplines. The programme supports young talents and personalities of all nationalities who have achieved outstanding results in their studies or at school due to their previous commitment and career. But that's not all: social commitment in clubs, politics or in one's own family also counts.
