Course
- Tutorial: Control Engineering 1
Research
- Identification and verification for modelling thermal transfer processes, as well as effective methods for parameter estimation and forecasting methods to predict the timing of maintenance measures
- Simulation-based investigation of the effects of fouling on the heat transfer performance of a heat exchanger
SWAI
System diagnostics for heat exchanger installations to derive a condition-based maintenance strategy with automated recommendations for action
The SWAI project will develop a stationary sensor system for the long-term recording of state-descriptive parameters, including automated decision-making, to enable proactive action in the event of any damage that may occur, to ensure that heat exchangers operate as continuously and fault-free as possible, and to optimise maintenance costs.
